So I have a fun-filled weekend of ... fun :) I also started my allergy pills and my crazy pills. So I should be feeling grrrreat!
Last night I went to the rodeo with Ryan. It was nice to be able to hang out and talk. He helped us move back at the begining of August and I haven't seen him since. My family promised him a chair for his help, so he picked that up as well. I love the rodeo. It was great. And it was free since my aunt gave me two tickets for my birthday!
Tonight I am seeing an old friend from college. He lives in San Antonio now and we are going out to watch the Commerce football game. Well, he is staying in a hotel in Commerce. Why would anyone WANT to stay in a hotel in Commerce? No idea. He's a freak. It should be fun. I doubt commerce will win and we may be the only fans there. But I like listening to the band. Good times :)
Tomorrow NoH and I are going to the Ranger game! Woohoo. I cant' wait. Baseball. Good times. I even bought peanuts. And I have a buy one get one free coupon. They are giving out free shirts tomorrow too. I hope we get one!
So my weekend is jam-packed with good stuff. Yayay. And it's all cheap. I love coupons! I love being thrifty.
Ok. So I want to send out Halloweeny presents. Who wants one? I just need your name and addy and I will send them out shortly! I'm excited. I love buying stuff for people. (plus, I am trying to win affection... ha) My email is jjunebug23@aol.com if you would rather send it there.
Gimme a F! Gimme an A! Gimme a L! Gimme another L! What's that spell? FALL!! YAY Fall. It's actually cool outside today. So that makes the fall season even better!
Hope everyone has a super weekend :)

This weekend was good. I spent Saturday with Janie at Oktoberfest in Addison. Since I didn't drink beer, it wasn't that great. But we did get to watch funny dancing and just hang out. I had a good time. BOY HOWDY, it was hot. Darn Texas summer (fall?).
Last night I was having a massive allergy attack (again). I think it's because we live next door to an open field of ragweed. Can't beat that with a wooden spoon. Good times. Anyways, the boy stuck his tongue up my nose. Of course, I did dare him to. I didn't think he would do it. It cracked me up! So now I know that snot tastes like salt and water. :) Of course, who doesn't know that?!? Who hasn't licked their upper lip when the snot was pouring down?
Have I mentioned doodie makes me laugh? It totally does. It's wicked funny.
Ok, so, I subbed for an elementary gym class on Friday. It was fun. The kiddos were cuties. Hyper as all get-out. It was weird, because I kept thinking about the time I peed my pants. I was in gym. It was 5th grade. (5th graders aren't supposed to do that... how embarassin!!) I was way too shy to ask to go to the bathroom. So I just stood there hoping to hold it. Didn't quite work out. Luckily it was the last class of the day. I finally asked the teacher after it happened. (better late than never, perhaps??) I was wearing a UNIT that day (who remembers those?) so I just rolled the pants WAY up and ran home. I think I was scarred for life because of that. I didn't tell anyone for years. I think I was a freshman in high school before I told anyone. Now I tell everyone! Because "you aren't cool unless you pee your pants". A sticker for whoever tells me that movie first :)
Hope you guys have a great Sunday. I have a double header. 6&7. Can it BE any hotter (thanks to Chandler from Friends for that loverly). Wish us luck!!

Go visit the newest recruit to Xanga, Jolie. She is dating my best boy friend, John. We all got to meet her at the hypnotist. She's cool. Say hi :)
PF Changs last night. Yum. And just hanging at the mall. It was fun acting goofty. No idea what I am doing this weekend. I was supposed to go to Galveston, but the boy cancelled it. Steve has to go out of town for something. Darn it. So now I got nothing. Except softball on Sunday! YAY.
Hope everyone has a good and safe weekend.

I got La Madeleine last night. Yum. It was much appreciated :)
Ok, so I was reading a book called Lipshtick the other day. I really liked one part. "Girl crushes are one of the many exquisite advantages of the gender. Usually the most compelling part of the girl crush is that there is something about this person that is dissimilar enough to you to make her completely fascinating, yet similar enough to not be intimidating. You wonder to yourself, could I ever be like her if I tried really, really hard?"
I have had many a girl crush over the years. It makes me wonder, has anyone ever had one on me? There was a girl in high school that I hung out with all the time. I used to take her to drill team practice. This is never sexual. Perhaps more like a subtle jealousy. Also, Jessica Simpson. And now Sarah Jessica Parker. I also had a girl crush on my best friend in junior high. She used to crack me up and I wanted to make her laugh just as much. We were great friends.
I think there is something great about female relationships. I don't have very many... I get along better with boys. The book said "There is always room in the busiest of schedules for one more great woman, besides yourself. And once you find this woman, she is yours for life". I have two of those great women in my life right now. I do believe there is always room for more and I think I am constantly working on finding more. You can't really be a girl and escape them. My two great women are both on Xanga. Janie and Helen.
It's great being a girl. We are allowed all this great stuff. Boys would just be looked at funny :)
Ok. So there ya have it. A long post from Jen. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday. I went to the dentist today and he said NO CAVITIES. Yay!!

I am wicked pysched about going to see the hypnotist at the Improv. This will be my fourth time this week and every time it is just hilarous. It's gonna be more awesomer this time because the whole gang will be there. Some of them might even get up on stage. WOOHOO.

I was subbing the other day for a junior high LIFE class. The life kids are either disabled or have a lower IQ or some sort of learning problem. There was a girl there that I had to walk down to the bathroom. The other teachers already told me she started her period for the first time that week. She is totally obsessed with it. I can imagine it's scary for someone who can hardly grasp what it means. (It was scary enough for me and I understood it all). Anyways... in the bathroom she tells me she has a secret. (after calling me annabell - I told her my name several times that day). She said "I have a pyramid". It was all I could do to keep from cracking up! I will now refer to it as a pyramid. It sounds so much nicer, doesn't it? :)

Always a daddy's girl...
